Programme
A PCT wide rollout based on the output of the Pilot phase
The Programme phase involves the whole PCT in a roll out of the local solution that was developed and validated in the Pilot phase. Using the local data to build a service model for the Programme specification, the purpose of the Programme phase is to further develop the systems and standards that are capable of sustaining and extending the benefits over the long term.
The Programme phase is expected to take 12 months and includes the LUTM communication technology, data analysis and reporting extensions, training in dissemination of continual improvement skills.
The ongoing service is based on individual customer specifications and evidence generated in the Pilot phase.
